Summary

For the launching of the new Hyundai car in Korea, the Casper, we opened popup stores in Seoul, Yongin and Busan. Depending on the showroom location, the audience could experience either an augmented reality tour or a tailored immersive customer experience. In Yongin Studio, visitors could explore the Capser features and services thanks to an Augmented Reality application. Using an iPad, the audience had the possibility to interact in real time with cars and the interior space: AR Navigation system, car design customization, trigger animated simulations, dialog with digital docent, marketing scavenger hunt,... Inside other studios, the visitors could participate to a customized store experience to reveal the perfect Casper that fits their profile. Thanks to RFID bands, tagging kiosks and immersive simulation, the visitors could experience all the benefits offered by the new Hyundai car.
